Relevant recipes … found, experienced and adapted to RV life. Part of what we love the most about traveling is all of the different markets, restaurants, foods and cultures we get to explore. Sometimes a meal makes the ultimate list of “We can’t live without it!” and so, the only way to be able to experience it again is to (try) and make it ourselves! It is never quite the same and sometimes that isn’t such a bad thing because I can leave little ingredients out that we don’t like (like mayo) or I can substitute one thing in place of another for added taste or to accommodate an allergy, food palette, etc. Other times, our versions leave us anxiously awaiting the next time we can experience the real deal. I will leave those out of this blog – everything here has been tried, tested and tastefully vetted against the real thing! 🙂
These recipes are sometimes fun to make (the smaller kitchens in RVs can make multi-pot or multi-surface cooking a bit tricky)… sometimes easy to make (the ingredient hunt is often a multi-day or multi-week event depending on exactly what we’re looking for)… but always yummy (TRUE!). Whether you are making these in a full size kitchen or an RV kitchen – good luck and we hope you enjoy them!
