(it’s Friday night …. actually, its Monday)
How do we manage this, you might be asking? It isn’t like Conde Nast. It isn’t like National Geographic. It just is what it is; an organic, ever-evolving delicate juggling act involving an entire cast of characters – all of which are played by us! Along with some wonderful extras we visit or meet or find along the way!
I am travel planner, navigator, roadschooler, financier, part-time chef and remote-working-self-employed business owner. DoubleC is an RV Pilot, maintenance technician, web designer, video editor, CFO for his mother, self-employed business owner (my partner!) and big-hearted hands-on helper always eager for a new project. Dymaxion is cat care-taker, roadschool scholar, aspiring author, Mario Kart expert, friend-maker and all-around a great hand at helping with whatever we’re deep in the mix of at any given moment – as long as he isn’t buried under a pile of books.
In order to make this madness happen, we have 3 RVs, 1 Prius, 1 Boat and 6 Bikes. On 2 different continents. It’s a lot to manage and maintain as you can imagine, but it keeps us going (literally)! There are always new tires, new projects, new equipment and a thousand things that get beat up on a daily basis.
